We understand purchasing online can be a bit tricky, therefore if you are not completely happy with your purchase and wish to return an eligible item(s), please follow the instructions below.
Returns can be sent to the below address (via standard mail) and must include your completed Returns Form:
Returns need to be shipped (via standard mail) to My Sister Elle within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure you include the completed returns form for quicker processing times.
We accept returns on change of mind, incorrect sizing or unsuitability for full-priced items only (full-priced items purchased in a flash sale period such as Black Friday or Boxing Day are eligible for return).
Please note the following items are NOT eligible for return (therefore please choose carefully):
- Items listed in the Clearance SALE section
All returned items must be received in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags or labels still attached.
Items damaged, soiled, stained (make-up, fake tan) visible pet hair or altered in any way will be deemed ineligible for return and sent back at the customers expense.
Returned shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend postage insurance and tracking.
Did you know PayPal will refund you your return shipping costs (up to $45 per return, 8 returns a year) on eligible purchases. Click here to find out more.
Customers will be issued a store credit for all approved items. We do not offer refunds on purchases (unless an item is accessed and deemed faulty). The store credit will be to the value of your item/s (postage costs are excluded). You will receive an email with the store credit code and details. Store credit has no expiry.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your returns to be processed once received.
All items are thoroughly inspected prior to sending to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. In the case of a faulty item, we will replace the garment and cover the costs of return postage. If there is no inventory to replace the garment, we will refund you the cost of the item and return postage costs in full. If an item is faulty, it must be reported to My Sister Elle immediately and returned within 7 days to be assessed for a replacement or refund.

Hassle Free Exchange
If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative for an eligible return item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange (we send exchanged items via standard shipping). However if the exchange item/s is not available we will issue you a store credit.
